Bayers TDI plant in Germany receives approval

Bayer Material Science has been given the permit to build a world-scale 300-kilotonnes-per- year toluene diisocyanate (TDI) plant. According to the release the Cologne, Germany, regional administration has authorized its $198 million project, and construction work can begin immediately.
