Rochling expands American operations

Rochling Engineering Plastics is expanding operations with a $4 million investment in its Gastonia Technology Park facility.The American subsidiary of Germany-based Rochling Group will be adding a new MegaSheet press with the ability to produce a thermoplastic piece measuring eight by 20 feet. The press will improve efficiency and create new opportunities in the North American market. Rochling produces ultra high molecular weight HDPE, polypropylene, nylon and acetal.
