Chinese investments moving ahead

Evonik Industries has commenced its Plexiglas polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) compounding plant at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park. The facility is located where the first of EvoniKs MATCH (Methacrylates To China) project, a new integrated production system for methacrylates and PMMA, has gone on stream after receiving the relevant permits from the Chinese authorities.
