PC production in the Gulf

Having entered into an MOU with Kayan early this year,Sabic has formalised its agreement to establish Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co.To be located in Al-Jubail Industrial City,the new petrochemical company will have an annual production capacity of 4 million tonnes.Of the capital investment of SRI 2 billion,45% will be offered to the' public while Sabic will take up 35% and Kayan,the remaining 20% equity.
