The Treofan group (Raunheim/Germany;www.treofan.com) has sold its French production site for PP film at Mantes-la-Ville to a local entrepreneur,and the company has been renamed Polyfilms.Commercial activities of Treofan France have been transferred to Treofan Germany (Neun-kirchen) and the group's former Shorko subsidiary in Australia (Wodonga,New South Wales;www.shorko.com) has been sold to Hastings Private Equity Funds (Melbourne / Australia;www.hfm.com.au).
