All shares in Weener Empire Plastics in India acquired

Following the purchase of the remaining shares in India's Weener Empire Plastics Ltd (WEPL; Mumbai) the Weener Plastic Packaging Group (Weener / Germany; www.wppg.de) has now strengthened its position internationally.
