Pending the approval of the European merger control authorities, Belgium's Tessenderlo (Brussels; www.tessenderlo.com] is to sell its PVC activities to Kerling - the umbrella group that holds Ineos' PVC activities. Tessenderlo has recently signed a sale and purchase agreement to that effect with Ineos ChlorVinyls (Runcorn / UK; www.ineoschlor.com).
