It seems as though the slimming process at Linpac Group (Birmingham / UK; www.linpac.com) shows no signs of slowing soon. After starting the year by selling off five non-core business units, mulling the possible sale of its Australasia operations and most recently selling its Filmco division, a company spokesman now confirmed to PIE that the group had reached an agreement to sell its Linpac Allibert (Nan-terre / France; www.linpac.com) returnable transit packaging (RTP) business to LA Holdings, a member of One Equity Partners (New York, New York / USA; www.oneequity.com).
