Rochling(Mannheim/Germany;www.roechling.com)is driving forward the planned expansion of its plastics processing operations.It has now acquired all shares in CircleSmartCard(CSC,Erfurt/Germany;www.circlesmartcard.com)for an undisclosed sum,retroactive to 1 January 2008,and has established the manufacturer of injection-moulded smart card bodies as a limited company within its Rochling Technical Parts(Eppingen/Germany)business group.
