Plaskolite Acquires Lucite Division

Plaskolite announced that it has finalized the acquisition of the continuously processed acrylic sheet division of Lucite International.Plaskolite will purchase the manufacturing plants located in Olive Branch,Mississippi and Monterrey,Mexico.The acquisition is anticipated to be complete in the early part of the third quarter.
