Plaskolite to Acquire Division of Lucite

Plaskolite announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire the continuously processed acrylic sheet division of Lucite International.Plaskolite will purchase the manufacturing plants located in Olive Branch,Miss.,and Monterrey,Mexico.The acquisition is anticipated to be complete in the early part of the third quarter.
