Techno CNC Systems HDS Model machines are high-perfor-mance CNC plastic cutting routers. Customers worldwide have purchased these machines for applications such as point of purchase, signage, and general fabrication of plastic parts. Techno's HDS Series CNC Routers are manufactured using global state-of-the-art techniques with advanced engineering and workmanship. The HDS model is built to last -with all steel construction and superior quality components, such as precision linear guide rails, precision helical rack and pinion drives on the X and Y axes, and ball screw drive on the Z. These machines include a 12 HP HSD high frequency automatic tool changer spindle with an 8-position tool rack, 4-zone vacuum T-slot table, 10HP rotary vane vacuum pump, and material alignment pop-up pins. The HDS machine is driven by high-powered, maintenance-free brushless AC servo motors and controlled by a PC based Osai industrial CNC controller. In addition, because it is a moving gantry style machine, it saves on valuable floor space.
