Piaskolite Acquires

Piaskolite, Inc., the nation's largest manufacturer of continuously processed acrylic sheet products, has acquired the extruded sheet business of Pexco LLC. Pexco, an Atlanta, Georgia based manufacturer of custom-extruded plastic products, is selling its Columbia, S.C. - based extruded sheet business to Columbus, Ohio based Piaskolite. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
