Screen-Printer for Flat Sheets

Systematic Automation Inc. Farmington CT has developed a screen-printing machine that prints on flat products while in motion on a conveyor. Theprinter matches product speed with the screen movement. An encoder on the conveyor sends information to the printer servomotor to match speed even if the speed varies during the print cycle. The modular design permits mounting to your existing production line. Screen-printing of ceramic, solvent or UV inks and adhesives are some of the applications.
