ChemChina builds East Chinese petrochemical presence after acquiring Anbang

Chinese state-owned chemicals producer ChemChina Group Corp completed,January 2,the acquisition of a 67% stake of Qingdao Anbang Petrochemical Co from Chinese private conglomerate GYF Group,officials from both companies said January 9.GYF is based in eastern China's Shandong province.
