Tokyo-Asian acrylonitrile spot prices soared to a record high of l,535/mt CFR Far East Asia,on the back of tight supply from Asian producers and firm demand in India,market sources said June 1.Prices jumped 50/mt from May 25,from its previous record of l,485/mt CFR FEA.Sparsely available spot cargoes in North Asia were attracted away from Far East and Southeast Asian markets due to firm levels in India,industry sources said.
