Houston-USG benzene prices ran past the 4/gallon mark September 19,with September FOB basis trades heard booked as high as 397 cents/gallon and a September DDP basis deal done at 406 cents/gallon.Front-month benzene assessments have soared over 50 cents/gallon since the beginning of September,from around 349 cents/gallon to above 400 cents/gallon on September 21.
