European PVC buyers,sellers talk April prices higher

London-European polyvinyl chloride buyers and sellers were already talking about a price increase for April,on the back of rising feedstock costs and steady off-take across commodity and specialty grades.One increase announcement of Eur70/mt had been posted by one producer,while another producer indicated the same level in order to recoup the Eur80/mt hike in ethylene for the second quarter.A number of other suppliers contacted March 28 said they would expect to see actual prices to rise by at least Eur40/mt.
