Thailand's benzene surplus to double by 2010: ATC

Singapore-Thailand's benzene surplus will likely more than double from this year to 2010 as supply growth outpaces demand growth,Atikom Terbasi,senior VP of The Aromatics Thailand said March 10.At the 2nd Aromatics and Derivatives Markets Conference in Shanghai,Terbasi said benzene supply during the 2006-2010 period would jump by about 24% while demand is expected to grow by a conservative 9.2%.
