Medical Grade Polycarbonate

Westlake Plastics Company announced the addition of ZELUX~R Clear (polycarbonate) to their list of medical plastic materials. Medical grade Zelux Clear is a high heat specialty polycarbonate. This product is ideally suited for medical devices and pharmaceutical applications that need auto-claving but are intended to be disposed of after one use. Recommended sterilization techniques for Zelux Clear include EtO gas and steam sterilization.
