Houston - Peruvian refining company Petroperu is studying the possibility of building a new steam cracker and integrated polyethylene plant in Peru,a company source told Platts,May 14.Neither the location of the plant or its estimated production capacity have yet been defined.The project was expected to take five years to be completed.
