Kiev-Ukraine's largest petrochemical company KarpatNaftoKhim may completely suspend operations in February due to a significant drop in ethylene sales on the European market,the company said January 30.KarpatNaftoKhim,based in Kalush in western Ukraine,is majority owned by Lukoil-Neftekhim,a petrochemical arm of Russian oil major Lukoil.
