Buenos Aires-Shaanxi,a north-central province of China,is pressing ahead with a project to build a methanol plant in Tierra del Fuego,seeking to capitalize on the reserves and production of natural gas feedstock in the southern province of Argentina,a Daniel Blazquez,the province's undersecretary of hydrocarbons reported.
