European Commission clears Ineos1 acquisition of Borealis AS

London-The European Commission announced Friday that it has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed Eur290 million (395.1 million) transfer of Borealis AS,the Norwegian subsidiary of the Borealis Group,to the Ineos Group Limited.
