REACH legislation could spread globally to be standard:MEP

London-The REACH legislation which was in the the process of being adopted by the European Union couid become the global standard for the regulation of chemical products,said Count Landsdorff Member of the European Parliament,while addressing a forum at the NPRA International Petrochemical Conference in the US.While giving a speech on the implications of REACH for the European chemical industry,Count Lambsdorff suggested that white the REACH legislation may not be adopted by the United States as a whole,individual States may adopt it.
