Ineos faces further VCM plant outage at Wilhelmshafen,Germany

Ineos Vinyls has lost around 25,000-30,000mt of vinyl chloride monomer production in April from its 350,000 mt/year unit at Wilhelmshafen,Germany,as the plant has been plagued with start-up problems,a company source said April 25.The plant was shutdown end-February for a six-week maintenance program.
