Tokyo-Iran's National Petrochemical Company plans to start up the cracker at its No 7 olefin project in the company's Marun Petrochemical complex by the end of November,a company source reported October 26 The cracker's startup had been delayed from July due to unspecified problems.The unit has a listed ethylene capacity of 1.1 million mt/year and a propylene capacity of 550,000 mt/year.The cracker will use ethane and propane as feedstock.
