Senate Committee Approves Tenpas To Head DOJ Environmental Enforcement

The Senate Judiciary Committee Dec. 6 unanimously approved Ronald Jay Tenpas,the president's nominee,as the new head of the Justice Department's environmental enforcement office.If confirmed by the full Senate,Tenpas would serve as assistant attorney general for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the Department of Justice.
