Plastics processors - the middle men in the value-added petrochemical-plastics chain - are getting squeezed on all sides. They are squeezed by price increases handed them from commodity polymer producers that have been consolidated into a handful of huge companies, and by the equally powerful mega-retailers, who refuse attempts by the processors to pas along price increases.
