Hexion to sue banks for failure to fund Hexion-Huntsman merger

Houston-Hexion Specialty Chemicals has filed a lawsuit in the New York State Supreme Court against affiliates of Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank for failure to fulfill financial obligations in regard to the Hexion-Huntsman merger.Hexion alleges that the two banks have breached their obligations under the financing commitment letter and is seeking specific performance of the banks obligations on an expidited basis.
