LOS ANGELES-California environmental officials say they will begin explpring options for a compre hensive"green chemistry"policy.The California Department of Toxic Substances Con trol will lead an effort that will evaluate the state's ex isting programs and consult with other state agencies and interested parties to come up with a list of policy options by Jan.1,2008,according to a California Envi ronmental Protection Agency internal memo.
