Iran and Venezuela announced a methanol joint venture that includes at least one methanol plant in each country,government officials and state media reported July 2.Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez were expected to take part July 2 in a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a methanol joint-venture complex.
