Singapore-Saudi Arabia's SABIC has not restored normal plant operations at its Al-Jubail monoethylene glycol sites,a source close to the company said November 9.The company carried out production cuts at its MEG and ethylene oxide plants in Al-Jubail from August,after an explosion at an air separation unit at the National Industrial Gas Co(GAS)plant at Al-Jubail on August 6 disrupted the oxygen supply.Oxygen is a key component in the production of MEG and ethylene oxide.
