Cefic,CIA welcome REACH vote,but concerned on approval process

London-The European Chemical Industry Council and UK's Chemical Industries Association,Nov 17,both welcomed the vote from the European Parliament on a reviewed version of the Registration,Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) policy.Both groups described the vote as an "important step" in the process which could lead to a "more workable and proportionate registration package in the REACH regulation."
