Houston-US spot PVC prices were heard to be falling significantly in mid-December,as domestic producers were matching resin offers from abroad,one importer said Dec 13.Earlier in December,one buy-side source reported offers of imported resins at 48 cts/lb,but sell-side sources said that no such offers were in the market.
