NWE LDPE, LLDPE March contracts up on tight supply

As March drew to a close, the general tone in the NWE polyethylene market was one of bullishness, set against a backdrop of tight supply and improving demand. Although a good deal of contracts were still outstanding pending retroactive settlement, it was clear that levels seen for March are substantially up on those achieved at the end of Feburary.
