London-BASF lifted its force majeure declaration on ethylene supplies from its Antwerp and Ludwigshafen crackers effective Dec 1,a source at the company told Platts.The two sites,which operate in tandem,were hit by technical problems at the beginning of October and a force majeure was declared on ethylene Oct 4.
