London-The Northwest European acetone market could move to a monthly contract pricing system after the CP for the fourth quarter 2005 was divided up into monthly settlements,market sources said in early December.For the fourth quarter,the CP had to be settled monthly after a steep increase in Q4 propylene could not be passed to downstream customers in one go,sources said.Q4 propylene was settled Eurl70/mt FD NWE over the Q3 level at Eur810/mt FD NWE and the subsequent acetone hike was broken up into more manageable increases over the three months.
