Huntsman slaps Apollo,partners with 3 billion fraud lawsuit

Houston-US chemicals company Huntsman said June 23 it has filed suit against private equity company Apollo and partners Leon Black and Joshua Harris in Conroe,Texas,for fraud in connection with Huntsman's termination of its merger agreement with Basell to enter into a merger agreement with Apollo affiliate Hexion Specialty Chemicals instead.
