New York-Citibank has slashed its fourth quarter 2008 and full year 2009 earnings estimates of commodity chemical producers Eastman, Hunstsman, Nova, and Georgia Gulf Wednesday, following similar downgrades the previous week for Dow, BASF and Dupont.
