Singapore-China's Zhongtai Chemical Co has stopped selling polyvinyl chloride in the spot market due to a shortage of supply,a company source said April 7."We don't have extra PVC product to feed the spot market as our contract customers have priority,and PVC is in a seasonal demand currently," the source noted."But we are still running our PVC plant at full rate."
