A federal district judge decided Feb.2.to allow a lawsuit to move forward claiming the Environmental Protection Agency and Christine Todd Whitman,former head of EPA,misled the public about air quality near the World Trade Center after the attacks on Sept.11,2001 (Benzman v.Whitman,S.D.N.Y.,No.04 Civ.1888,2/2/06).
