摘要

Ceramic Sr(Ce_(0.95)Y_(0.05))O_(3-δ) was equilibrated at an ambient air (either wet or dry) and Ar-H2 atmospheres. After the step change of gas atmosphere,the equilibration kinetics was monitored by measuring weight change. Fick's second law was applied to the experimental kinetic data (the inverse method) to obtain the chemical diffusion coefficient,Dchem.The determined D_(chem) indicates the complex processes involving creation and transport of both oxygen vacancies and protonic defects in the studied material.
