摘要

We present herein studies of the influence of silyl protecting groups on regio-and stereoselectivity of glycosylation of partially protected(5-nitro-2-pyridyl)1-thioglycosides with glycals.It is now well recognized that complex carbohydrates play an important role in a variety of biological processes.A great progress in glycobiology has stimulated interest in the synthesis of biologically important glycoconjugates and the improvement of glycosylation methods.Even though some effective methods for glycosylation have been developed stereoselective glycosylation is usually a laborious procedure,which requires cumbersome protection-deprotection steps leading to the multistep synthesis in low overall yields.
