Comments on a proposed regulation that would apply the Globally Harmonized System(GHS)of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals within the European Union have been invited by directorates of the European Commission through Oct.21.The Commission's Enterprise and Industry Directorate and its Environment Directorate,with support from the Joint Research Centre-collectively called the Commission Services-launched the consultation Aug.21.
