The Reversible Reaction of 2,5-Diformylfuran with Primary alpha,omega-Diamines-an Interesting and Useful Process for Dynamic Combinatorial Chemistry

摘要

In the synthesis of macrocyclic receptors,the selectivity of cyclization reaction depends on both structure of substrates and reaction conditions.In many cases formation of linear polymers predominates.In order to form a specific macrocyclic product,the long and flexible linear substrate with reactive groups at its ends has to adopt a proper conformation for the cyclization reaction to occur.Thus,the knowledge of factors controlling selectivity of macrocyclization reaction is still of interest.
