EPA Amends Air Toxics Emissions Limits For Pharmaceuticals,Asphalt Producers

Direct final rules published May 13 and May 17 by the Environmental Protection Agency amend hazardous air pollutant emissions limits for pharma-ceuticals manufacturers and for asphalt processors and asphalt roofing manufacturers.The Pharmaceuticals amendments go into effect July 12 unless the agency receives adverse public comment (70 Fed.Reg.25,666).The asphalt amendments go into effect Aug.15 unless the agency receives adverse comment (70 Fed.Reg.28,360).
