The first phase of the Africa Stockpiles Program was approved by the World Bank,the Global Environment Facility(GEF),and the U.N.Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO),a senior program official told BNA Oct.4.The international organizations approved a flexible funding approach that is best suited for this type of project,Steve Maber,task team leader for the program,told BNA.
