Solvay Buys Another TPE maker

Solvay Engineered Products(SEP),Inc.,Auburn Hills,Mich.,has purchased Thermoplastic Rubber Systems(TRS),Inc.in Shirley,Mass.SEP,which makes mainly TPOs and TPVs,took over marketing of TRS's NexPrene TPVs to the automotive industry in June of 2002.
