Resin producers and high-volume compounding operations are the targets for a new smaller model of the Smart Flow Meter from K-Tron Feeder Group,Pitman,N.J.Model SFM 275A handles flows of pellets,chips,or fibers at 180 to 2100 cu ft/hr.Outfitted with a slide gate,rotary valve,or auger,it can be used as a feeder,meter,batcher,or totalizer.
